Former Big Time Rush Member James Maslow Releases Acoustic ‘Cry’ Video for Anti-Sex-Trafficking Charity

James Maslow is a talented singer and actor who gained fame as James Diamond and the Band Big Time Rush. James partnered with Reggie Benjamin and Terri Marie to create a video to bring light to the dilemna and tragedy of human trafficking. The accompanying documentary Twilight tells the story of a former sexual slave, courageous enough to speak out.
It was a pleasure directing this beautiful and poignant story. We had a spectacular day on the ocean filming (although it didn’t make the final cut). A large whale burst out of the water in front of the boat and breached several more times for us and the camera.
It is our intent with this project, developed by Reggie Benjamin and Mission Save Her to shine a light of awareness on a topic most people remain completely in the dark on.
